USUI REIKI LEVEL I TRAINING Reiki is a Japanese Healing Technique used to reduce stress and balance the body, mind and heart. The intention of this training is to share reverence for this practice and its lineage, while engaging in an interactive session of discussion, exploration and reflection. This training is for anyone who desires a deeper connection to self, wants to expand their healing toolkit, or is simply curious and wants to try something new! This Reiki I training is cofacilitated with me, Anna, and my colleague and Reiki Master Teacher, Alicia Mendez. You will learn the foundations of Reiki, it’s history, and ways to use this practice. This training will allow you to connect deeper with yourself and assist in your overall physical health and well-being. You will receive: Reiki I concepts, history of Usui Reiki & materials Activation of the first Reiki symbol & Level I attunement Practice with guidance in community Certificate of completion valid with the International Center for Reiki Training Cost: $200 Payments can be made online with a credit/debit card or Venmo @AMajor33 Location: Private studio space - address will be given after registering **Please note this event is held entirely in-person; there is no online option. **If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, a credit will be given for future offerings by Anna.
