Anna currently works with private clients, as well as bringing community classes including Group Reiki and Reiki Trainings to the Jersey Shore and beyond. Her aim is to provide private sessions for anyone who has a desire to heal and grow, along with classes and workshops for any community space that values co-creation, love and deepening connection. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors; many of whom have existing conditions, injuries or are transitioning from physical therapy to other movement and relaxation practices. Private yoga sessions are an opportunity to connect more intentionally and lovingly to your body, breath and mind. If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga but don’t really know where to begin, a private yoga session can help alleviate any concerns and open the door to all that yoga can offer. If you have an existing practice, private yoga sessions can be a great way to deepen your knowledge, awareness and advance your practice in more ways than you can imagine. Each session is designed for your particular needs and will be curated based on your responses on the intake form.

Private Reiki sessions, a Japanese Healing Technique, uses life force energy to help move stagnant energy in the body to create more flow and ease.  Recipients often feel lighter, relaxed and more centered after a session.  Reiki is a very accessible modality since sessions are often conducted with the recipient lying down on a massage table or sitting in a chair.  Reiki may include light touch of the hands resting on the body or simply hovering the hands over the body; it is not a massage.  Reiki can also be done at a distance, Distance Reiki, if you live out of state or are unable to meet in-person for any reason.

Animal Reiki

Animal Reiki focuses on providing Reiki healing for your animal companions.  Our animal companions absorb stress through chemicals in the environment, as well as mental and emotional stress they feel from their human caregivers.  These stressors can manifest in various ways for animals from physical conditions and sensitivities, to even certain behaviors and anxieties.  Animal Reiki can be an opportunity to provide you and your animal companions space to rest in healing energy that brings greater balance to their physical, mental and emotional states.  This is NOT a behavior modification. Animal Reiki supports animals in regulating their nervous system and balancing their physical, mental and emotional health.

Animal Reiki sessions are conducted in-person at your home or online with the animal and caregiver present.  The session begins with a guided meditation that brings ease to the caregiver and the space is set for the animal to receive Reiki energy.  Sessions last about 45 minutes depending on the animal and their needs.

Past Life Regression Therapy

Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) is a form of memory recall that allows one to uncover mysteries of previous lifetimes.  This offering can be of great support in understanding deeper karmas one's soul may be working through in this lifetime.  Similar to hypnotherapy, one is guided in meditation to elicit deep relaxation and access the subconscious and unconscious mind.  In this state, one's "highest self" is guiding the session and revealing memories and information that one is ready to receive in order to understand oneself, habits, belief systems and more.  One is aware and able to communicate during the session and there is time after to discuss the experience and ways to integrate the knowledge that was revealed.  This practice is not a form of counseling and does not replace any medical advice from one's current doctors.  This offering is not a form of mind control, mediumship or a type of "out of body" experience.

Group Reiki in Collaboration with

Our Healing Hub

Reiki is a form of energy healing from Japan that brings balance to the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Reiki translates to “universal energy”. A Reiki practitioner connects to the individual and assists them in moving stagnant energy to create more harmony and ease in the body.  During Group Reiki, students are guided through breathwork and meditation to settle in, followed by each person receiving 1-1 Reiki healing from the practitioners. There will be time at the end for reflection and integration. No experience is necessary. All individuals are welcome! If you have been curious about Reiki, this can be a great way to see how this practice suits your needs. Group Reiki can be a great way to reset and recharge. **Please note this workshop is held entirely in-person; there is no online option.

Divine Sleep

Yoga Nidra© 

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® is a guided meditation allowing you to observe the wholeness of who you are. This deep relaxation eases the body into a state of healing and integration, which studies have shown alleviates many stress induced ailments including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, cardiovascular and digestive disorders and much more. This workshop is based on Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® created by Jennifer Reis. We will discuss what Divine Sleep is and how it works, and then complete a gentle warm up before you are guided through a deep meditation.  There is no wrong way to do divine sleep! Come join us for a fun introspective journey. And the best part is, you just have to lie down and listen!  Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are! 

Introduction to Ayurveda

Holistic Approach to Seasonal Shifts 

Ayurveda is a traditional Eastern system of medicine from India that utilizes food, herbs, and the natural rhythm of the environment to create harmony in the body, mind and spirit.  During this workshop, we will discuss what ayurveda is, how it is used and how you can use these techniques to help ease the transitions between seasons to ensure balance during more intense periods of change where we are often susceptible to illness.  We will discuss different ways you can adjust your diet, yoga practice and/or lifestyle to help make these seasonal shifts less stressful and more peaceful. 

Strength Series

 Supporting your Sun Salutations and More! 

The Yoga for Strength series is focused on building physical and mental strength. Each session will be centered on a specific pose including Adho Mukha Svanasana and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (downdog and updog), Chaturanga Dandasana (4-limb staff pose), and Kakasana (crow). These asanas often come up in yoga classes and if performed repeatedly with improper alignment can often lead to pain and injury. This series will focus on warm ups, alignment techniques and drills to help build stability and alignment in these postures, reducing the likelihood of injury and increasing one’s overall strength.
