Alongside private sessions, Anna loves bringing the power and knowledge of mindfulness, yoga, Reiki and other healing techniques to community classes, workshops and trainings. Reiki I Training - Nov. 2, 2024
Reiki is a Japanese Healing Technique that reduces stress and balances the body, mind and heart. The intention is to share reverence for this practice and its lineage, while engaging in an interactive session of discussion, exploration and reflection. This training is for anyone who desires a deeper connection to self, wants to expand their healing toolkit or is simply curious and wants to try something new!

In this Reiki I training, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, it’s history, and ways to use this practice. This training will allow you to connect deeper with yourself and assist in your overall physical health and well-being.

Reiki II Training - Nov. 3, 2024
Reiki is a Japanese Healing Technique that reduces stress and balances the body, mind and heart. This Reiki II training is for anyone who wants to grow their current Reiki I practice, desires a deeper level of healing oneself and now the ability to share that with others.

In this Reiki II training, you will expand your Reiki foundation, it’s history, and ways to use this practice. This training will allow you to connect further to the various layers of your being, and assist in your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Group Reiki Class
Reiki is a form of energy healing from Japan that brings balance to the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Reiki translates to “universal energy”. When life force energy is blocked, you might experience physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. Reiki is a way to address these blocks to support your well-being and bring you back into balance. A Reiki practitioner connects to the individual and assists them in moving stagnant energy to create more harmony and ease in the body.
During Group Reiki, students are guided through breathwork and meditation to settle in, followed by each person receiving 1-1 Reiki healing from the practitioners. There will be time at the end for reflection and integration. No experience is necessary.
All individuals are welcome! If you have been curious about Reiki, this can be a great way to see how this practice suits your needs. Group Reiki can be a great way to reset and recharge. This workshop can be held in-person or online depending on the needs of your group.

Group Chair Yoga

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® is a guided meditation allowing you to observe the wholeness of who you are. This deep relaxation eases the body into a state of healing and integration, which studies have shown alleviates many stress induced ailments including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, cardiovascular and digestive disorders and much more. This workshop is based on Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® method created by Jennifer Reis.
During this workshop, we will discuss what Divine Sleep is and how it works, followed by a gentle warm up before being guided through a deep meditation. There is no wrong way to do Divine Sleep! This is an opportunity for a fun, introspective journey. And the best part is, you just have to lie down and listen! Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are!

Introduction to Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a traditional Eastern system of medicine from India that utilizes food, herbs, and the natural rhythm of the environment to create harmony in the body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda recognizes that each person is unique and takes this into account when formulating a wellness routine. It is an ancient method of health and wellness that can elicit profound changes from simple shifts in habits and incorporating the right resources for your constitution.
During this workshop, we will discuss what ayurveda is and how it is used. There's a strong emphasis on using ayurvedic teachings to ease the transition between seasons, which can often be more intense periods of change, increasing stress and leaving us more susceptible to illness. Understanding how to mitigate this stress can lead you to feeling more balanced and well. We will discuss different ways you can utilize foods, your yoga practice and/or lifestyle to help make these seasonal shifts less stressful and more peaceful. The knowledge in this workshop is meant to compliment to any existing medical treatment, and should not be used to replace any medications or guidance from your healthcare providers.
